Stephanie Foster is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition, and Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach. She is the founder of Foster Health and developer of the “Keto Kurious” Program, which focuses on how to foster the keto lifestyle through education on how to use fat for fuel. She’s just released her brand new program, “All in Curious,” which is an intensive 12-week program that dives not only into nutrition, but the other houses of health: movement and spiritual guidance.

Stephanie has not only helped countless individuals lose inches off their waistline, but also transformed their lives by going deeper than just the food on their plate. You can find her bright and early at the gym lifting heavy weights with deadlifts being her favorite. She is a cat mom of two furry babies in Houston TX, and a huge podcast junkie.
